I'm up and down today, one minute I seem fine then I start to panic as I feel poorly and it scares me. I feel sick and headachey and although I felt better after a visit to the docs, who said it could be sinus infection, I've had 3 days worth of tablets now so why have I still got a headache, earache and neck ache and feel sick?
I know people must be fed up with me posting and starting new threads but I'm unsure what else to do.
I am scared I won't sleep again, it's like a rollercoaster.
I do think that my fear is a lot about feeling ill through the night which scares me so much, I hate being physically sick, I can't cope with the feeling.
Is it quite normal to still feel ill after medication?
