I'm so stressed I,ve hurt my chest through shouting at the kids. their stressing me out. I have three cold sores I,ve had for 2days and there painfull. I'm on my monthly today. and basicly things are getting on top of me. sorry I'm moaning. but also scared over these coldsores.

Why are you stressed over coldsores? They are very common and not very dangerous at all. How many kids do you have? Is it just you there with them? It's not good to take any stresses out on them so is there anyone you can ask for help?
