Can anyone identify with these symptoms?

So I've stayed off Google for a few days and I have calmed down a little. While I'm calm I wrote down my symptoms as they actually are in a factual way.

Can anyone identify with these and what would be your thoughts on looking at them?

Symptoms

F, 43.
Mild lower abdo pain in pelvic region (sore bowels)
Mild upper and middle left abdo pain for 6+ months, comes and goes.
Occasional stinging/burning pain under left rib (started about 8 months ago)
Occasional reflux (like a sicky burp, twice in four months)
Occasional aching pain under left rib
Occasional proctalgia
Bowel movement every other day. Normal colour. Occasional constipation.
Calprotectin of 98
Sometimes mucous in stool
Reflexologist says my descending colon is inflamed.
Full bloodwork done, all normal.

Sounds like ibs to me. Most of these ( esp the top 5)sounds like things I deal with. Hope this help. ;)

It does sound a lot like IBS. I've had it for years with many of the symptoms you mention.

Best thing is to have a checkup with your doctor.

But there is medication available. Even OTC IBS remedies are a great help.

Maybe you have an intolerance to certain foods, like gluten for instance. Try eliminating foods that can trigger IBS, especially gas forming foods and fatty or processed foods.
