Hello,

I suffer with quite bad panic attacks at the moment, and whenever I eat it seems to trigger them for some reason (especially big meals or things like chocolate). I'm struggling with eating at meal times as I'm terrified it's going to trigger a panic attack, and I'm losing weight. Any advice?

Thank you, I will definitely eat smaller portions however more often if I can. I cut out caffeine altogether for a while and it really helped my panic attacks so I might consider that again!:hugs:

I would add to eating smaller portions, if you're still losing weight you can try gradually increasing your portions over time. If you increase it gradually, your mind and body will get used to the amount you are eating and you can eventually get to eating a healthy amount without getting anxious.
