Newbie

Hi all, I'm new here and honestly don't know where or how to start. I suffer with anxiety, panick attacks etc for a very long time.

I'm due for an MRI scan tomorrow and I am so afraid, feeling panicky just thinking about it.

Can anyone advise me where to start a new thread regarding this?

I'm seriously not feeling good thinking about it and hope I can find some good feed back on here.

Hi, welcome. If you click on the forum link at the top and then scroll down, you will come across a sub title called medical procedures and in that section there is MRI. If you click on that link you could post in there. Hope that helps. x
