ello everyone!

I was given the address of this site by a friend of mine, if only I had found this site what 3 years ago when my anxiety was at its worst!

I have suffered from anxiety for about 4 years now, but over the last year or so I have been able to manage my anxiety and especially the last 6 months reduced them so much so that I have gone from having them every day to maybe once a week!

I wanted to join this site so that I could speak to people who suffer from anxiety and share and learn from experiences that people have had and hopefully find a way to help others to control their anxiety like I have mine.

i am a good listener and will hopefully provide some good advice!

And as a friend always says to me it will all be good in the end, so maybe we can work together to make it all good!!
