Having a wobble!

I've been doing really well the last few days even if I do say so myself. My fear that I have bowel cancer has kept itself in the box as I keep saying to myself the words the consultant said, "highly unlikely to be anything serious".

Even while I've been nursing a hangover from Saturday (leaving party for my brother & fiancé moving to france) and while I'm feeling crap with a sore throat. But today its creeped back in.

Is the sore throat, mega windy gut the cancer spreading! Bloody hell I hate this all so much.

The anxiety could've flared from mild alcohol withdrawal and the fact that a family member is saying farewell. Or just a flare-up in general.

Either way, take the steps you took to overcome it previously and reapply. I'm sure you're fine and you will be :)
