Hi there,
So I've started to get these thoughts in my head that I'm not happy about. They always seem to be about letting my friends down or thinking my friends no longer want to talk with me if I don't hear from them for a few days. I was a witness for my friends wedding on Saturday and I messaged her thanking her for such a great day and she said she'd call that night but that was three days ago and I haven't heard. I keep thinking, did I let her down and not do a good job as her witness, is she fed up of being my friend etc. she messaged me and at the end she put 'thanks so much for being such an important part of my life' and I keep reading it back and thinking she didn't mean to send that to me and all sorts. Basically it's not only about her it's about male mates too, I fear I may wake up and never hear from them really again and that scares me as these people mean the world to me. Can anyone relate about this constant worry?
