A nervous hi from a newbie!

Hi everyone,
I have been suffering with anxiety for all my life but have never seeked any help. It's becoming so crippling now, I find it so hard to explain how I feel but it's like being stuck in a box with a big black cloud and I enjoy nothing and feel no emotions. I have a beautiful wife and 2 babies, I really don't want to feel like it anymore. I want to feel 'normal' and happy but I just don't know what to do! I would appreciate any help and love to make new friends.
