Burning feeling in breasts. Terrified.

I'm 34. On day 2 of my period, the week before they were agony.. When I took off my bra etc. I get this but not every month. Today they are having a burning sensation in them. On & off, it's like a burning, hard to explain. I want to google but I know better.. I'm sitting here thinking I've inflammatory breast cancer 😨😨

Inflammatory breast cancer would not affect both breasts at the same time.
Sounds like hormones to me:)
