Pls reply - Limbs don't feel like they belong to me & feeling of weakness

Please please help. My legs and arms feel really weird. I'm getting this kind
Of odd feeling like if I want to move them they aren't going to move. I can move them everytime but when I do it feels like im having to really think about moving them. They feel like they aren't going to work properly and like they don't belong to me. So hard to explain. Also my legs feel like they are burning like sun burn so scared

its all part of anxiety trust me I had this. still do sometimes. also anemia can have that effect so have blood test. or get some b vits

Bloods ok as had them recently. Thank you for reply. its horrible. Scares me I won't be able to move my limbs. It's like I feel I have to consciously think about it when I move them.

I had it too, when my anxiety was at it's highest.

I always have this symptom when my anxiety is bad. Feels like I can't stand or walk. Just another anxiety symptom. It will pass.

This is happening to me at the moment! For a few days now ... My legs feel really weird as you're describing and so does my left arm, can it really be anxiety?? I've been anxious for like half a year about different things! Hope you're feeling better, would love some replies about same experiences
