Yesterday when I got home from fishing I had a bm that was a lighter brown but it had small bits of dark brownish patches on it :( im terrified. I went again this morning after getting up and I did two darker brown big bits again, but I still keep panicking it really won't go.
So I went again and had the urge after breakfast and It was the same really light brown with specs of brown or maybe blackish one looked like crevices or holes in it though so I'm not too sure but now I'm convinced I have bleeding:(
I can't cope like this anymore ive never felt so run down and scared in my entire life
Now the cramps are back aswell under my chest :(
