Does anyone experience a tiny rush from their head to toes - not even half a second rush, but then it lingers in my feet.
Pretty sure it's fight or flight mode. Just seeing if anyone else experiences these.
Usually when I'm worrying. Feel it tingling in my toes after. Thank you X
