IBS maybe?

For the past 10 days, I've had on and off bloating and some discomfort/pain in and around my abdomen. Right now, I have a strange almost bubble feeling/pressure about 1 inch about my belly button. When I'm moving around in bed, I can feel it almost like pulling and I think it's probably more bloating but I'm not quite sure. Last year, I had an MRI to check my bowels and it all came back clear. Has anyone else experienced something similar to this? Could it be IBS? Scared it's something worse!
Toilet patterns are not great, don't feel particularly regular.

IBS has so many different symptoms and it seems each sufferer is different.
If the symptoms aren't causng you too much discomfort why not try an IBS remedy from the chemist? They do help to relieve gas and bloating which can cause pan.
Have a look at what you eat and try to avoid foods that cause gas.
Then if the symptoms persist or get worse have a check up with the doctor.
