Flying soon terrified and I just feel ill please some one help me

You can do it! It can definitely make you feel ill. Sometimes it helps to scan your body from feet to head and really think about the feelings. What shape are they, what colour, what texture? Sometimes this reduces your anxiety about them. Remember to lower your shoulders and breathe slowly.
Another thing I do is choose a letter and think of as many jobs as I can beginning with that letter.
