Tight throat

After eating and swallowing a tablet on Sunday I got a dry kinda feeling in my throat like a ball of dryness was stuck then yesterday it came and went today it's been all day asif it's closing it feels like my mouth won't fully open it doesn't hurt as such just feels I've got something stuck in my throat and where your tonsils ect are feels really tensed up ?? I've had 7 days antibiotics 3 time a day im scared they have messed up my throat I finished them this morning

It sounds like anxiety. Nothing will be stuck in your throat or you wouldn't be able to swallow. I get this all the time and it's awful, but if you distract yourself and don't think about it then it does go. Then you'll think oh it's gone, it'll come back again and you just distract yourself again. Eventually you'll realize that it comes and goes and when you don't focus on it it vanishes. X
