Hi,
I have been a bit worked up today and felt like crying earlier. As I was walking along I suddenly got a pain in my chest as I breathed in and a skipped beat, and everything went fuzzy and blank for a second. It happened 3 times. I don't know how to cope with this, I feel like every time I go out now I'll be waiting for it to happen. Just so worn out feeling like this.
