Been on one mg Lorazipam for a few months now , is this a high dose and is it easy enough to come off ??

That's a pretty low dose, you shouldn't have a problem as long as you taper down.

Been on it now for a few months so not sure the best way to go around it is ???

After a few months you probably need to taper off slowly.

Read the Ashton manual. Where it gives tapering schedules.

Started to take 2 mg now as 1 just doesn't cut it
