Therapist/counselling recommendations in uk?

So my doctor said she can't garuntee I'll ever see an nhs psych so hoping someone will be able to recommend a good one in the uk... Preferably in the Bucks area :) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I'm desperate and can't seem to find any that look trustworthy.

Are you after counselling/therapy or a psychiatrist? Or do you mean psychologist? Counselling/therapy can be conducted without a psychologist being involved and your GP can certainly refer you for that, but some get even that wrong.

Omg what is the difference? I just want to explore talk therapy and maybe have someone tell me if its just depression and anxiety or something else (BPD has been mentioned in the past but not confirmed).
