I'm feeling pretty bad at the moment...
It's at the point where I feel like I can't take it anymore! Life is scary, but death is scarier!
I hate how we have to live with the knowledge of our immortality. I find this hard to cope with and I think about it way too often.
I'm so scared of dying young and missing out on having a family, travelling, establishing a career and watching grand children grow up.
But I am missing out on life by not living it to the full and letting my anxiety get in the way.
I believe that anxiety is the hardest disease to deal with. It takes hold so hard that even though you can cognitively see something logically like "i'm wasting my life by worrying" the anxiety is always stronger :(
I just don't want to miss out on things but I am gripped in the tight clutch of anxiety :(
