Ferritin and folate results

Hello
I have been suffering for 4 months with dizziness, heavy legs and visual floaters... I thought I had worked it out

My folate level was 2.6 in a range of 3.1 - 19
My ferritin was 17 in a range of 11 - 309

Both of these seem low to me and I have researched and can cause dizziness ... doc said levels r fine ...even though they can't find cause of my symptoms

Can any1 help me x

I've been dizzy for 5 weeks now sometimes spinning sensation other times feels I'm walking on a boat I've lost my appetite I keep crying it's can't cope with this when I stand now my heart races and I can't breathe went to hospital by ambulance for it and got given blood test and also ecg all normal I really don't understand what's going on have you found anything out ? Xx
