Greetings, I am new in NMP I hope my question follows the rule. :)
I am dealing with huge stress of high health anxiety. I understand that I have been in it since I was young, but this several years was a big issue for me. Specially while I was in taper off xanax till now.
I need your advise regarding the first aid when struct with Health Anxiety. What did you guys do when you have it? Did you just let it, or find a rational answer that overcome all doubt? or do you have another method?
I read several times before entering here, that asking dr.google and nurse webmd is a totally catastrophic decision. I have done it, mostly, and cannot resists.
