Aching everywhere

Hi everyone, it's been a few weeks since I last posted on here. I've stopped taking my tablets about 6-7 weeks ago and although I've definitely felt my mood change I'd say I'm back to where I was before I felt really low.

For about 2 weeks now I've felt really achey can be anywhere from my toes to my shoulders it's not constant in fact most of the day at work I don't feel it, I've tried drinking less tea and lots more water which seems to have helped (especially with the warm weather at the start of the week) but this morning I've woke up aching all over again.

Anyone else felt like this? Is this just another cause of anxiety? I don't want to go back to my dr if this is something that I can deal with

for the past 3 weeks. my legs have been achy and weak I,ve found it hard to walk even a few steps make my legs ache mainly my calves,shins and ankles like I,ve done exercise on them. but for the past few days my arms have been week. so worried now.
