I have always been obsessed about my teeth, I am always looking in the mirror and if I notice anything different my anxiety levels go through the roof. My dental hygiene is a lot better than it used to be but it could be better. Brushing them today I noticed a build up off white stains on two teeth which I believe is plague as some as fallen off, I just need reassurance that it is plague as my next appointment is in June and I don't want to go back to the stage where I was making emergency appointments all the time.
