pins and needles

I've just woken up with pins and needles in my left hand and arm and slightly in my right foot. I have a huge worry about a brain tumor. Ice just had to try and calm myself to stop me running to a&e. I've had tho before and it went away but it seems its back with vengeance. .

You have probably been lying a certain way and either pinched a nerve, cut the normal blood circulation slightly or a bit of both. They are very common and anyone can experience them any day.

These parathesias as they call them are so common and the vast majority of the time they are from as simple as posture or an activity.
