Okay so for as long as i can remember i have been worried sick about HIV so much so that i stay up multiple days at a time googling and researching the disease, I'll find a symptom and make it my job to find it on my body. If i don't find a symptom then i feel reassured....For a while. But then i look up other symptoms and i panic all over again. I'm getting tested soon. But i just need reassuring for good. What are my chances of contracting HIV? i know it's like 1 in a 1000 chance of contracting HIV. I made a list of people i'd slept with and worked out statistics and the chances of them having HIV, that's how bad it's gotten. So far it's come down to 2 people that are the most possible to have it, but even they are really small risk and that's how i reassure myself usually, but here i am now. Please anyone, give me similar stories like mine and how they turned out. Thank you.

There is an AIDS case study in Overcoming OCD by David Veale.
Have you contacted the Terrence Higgins Trust - they can provide relevant, accurate advice.
