Tight throat & chest, slightly dizzy

So for the past week or so I've been having this annoying problem where around mid-afternoon, I start feeling slightly dizzy and like my throat is tightening. I also get chest pains that feel more like a squeezing of my lungs or something. When I try to take a deep breath, I can do it without a problem, but I feel like I won't be able to and get a little bit of pain at the end of the breath.

Any ideas what this could be? I've been to the doc so many times with so many other things recently that I'm reluctant to go back for them only to tell me I'm fine...
