The last few months have been hell for me. I've got terrible insomnia haven't slept properly for months having night mares waking up and having a panic attack. I've had a cold for about 3/4 weeks aswell and I can't get rid of it I Googled it I know it's the worst thing I can possibly do all sorts came up wich has sent my anexity through the roof even more. I've never took medication for my problems I've had counselling and that didn't work they offered me medication a few years back and I refused but now I'm starting to think maybe that's the only way I'm so down and depressed I've got no energy atall I've seriously had enough and now this cold is scaring me because I've had it for so long. 😣
