has my son got sickness bug ?

My son woke up with diarieaa Sunday and the Monday he was sick twice and sick one last night and then sick twice today with the runs aswell does that sound like a normal bug ? Its been 3 days with the runs 2 days sickness �� shud I ring docters ?

The sickness bug can take a while to pass. Maybe see what he's like tomorrow and if he's still ill you could call the doctor then
