Hi
Well this week my stomach is all tight again and tied up in knots.
Sleep is on and off. I think if I got a good nights sleep I might feel better.
Nothing I do seems to help much.
No pain just tight, of course this makes me more anxious.
How does a person break the cycle?
Any words of wisdom, please:weep:

Could this still be mirtazapine withdrawal?
