I've had a really rough couple of months, but I believe I'm finally getting better.
I posted a little while ago about having a multitude of symptoms that I was worried about, and they have almost all seem to have subsided some once I started taking medication. Who'd have thought all of that stuff was caused by anxiety? I'll know in the coming weeks if its true, so I'll have to wait and see.
That being said, I just went to a yoga class, second time doing it and I felt pretty good during and right after.
Now that I'm relaxing at home, my whole left side of my body is aching, from the top of my head down to my feet, especially my hand and foot, and it worries me a little.
Has anyone experienced this? Is it left over from being anxious?
