Help still worrying

Can anyone offer any further help or advice re: my recent post about asbestos fear? I don't know how to link to my previous post or whether others can see it?? If they can please help - I am still panicking that I and the rest of my family are going to die of an asbestos related disease, I can't relax or eat with the worry - has anyone else experienced this? Feel like there is a death sentence over us all.

There are plenty of other asbestos threads on here too. Do you think it might be worth reading what others have gone through? I've posted on some of these in recent months an the panic/anxiety involved was all the same and so was the advice...it might help you to see others trying to rationalise it?

Thanks, I have read the other threads and they are reassuring - got to go to GP now as I have a rattle on my chest!! Had it before the work started to be fair so I realise that it is not linked (I hope!!). Cheers.
