I have suffered with profound anxiety & panic attack disorder since 2000 after losing my father but with medication and counselling I seem to have it under some sort of control. The problem I have is, every holiday I go on, I end up suffering with jelly legs, then my arms start jerking about and then I end up talking in a robotic state. I have just been on my most relaxing holiday I could have, no stress at all, and the same thing happened again. I cannot get to the bottom of this at all. I suffer with epilepsy but the doctors have told me these attacks I'm having are a type of panic attack. Has anyone any idea what can be the cause of them and why they only happen when I'm on holiday enjoying myself with my husband. Thanking you very much. Dian
