The other morning I woke up to swinging/ moving my head to one direction only to hear a crack I assume was from my neck and not being able to move my neck at all along with intense pain going along the side I couldn't move and felt like it crawled up the side of my head sometimes where my stiff neck pain was. As painful as the stiff neck was I took some painkillers and I got some mobility back but still have left over pain if I try tilting my head to the left or right. Now, I'm trying to stay assured it was just a bad movement but I know a stiff neck can be a symptom related to brain masses as well.
