Hello, i made myself a member of the depersonalization site a while ago and have been on and off the site since then. I have a look most times i am on the net. I went on last night and there is a notice that it has been shut down. No explaination as to why and i am a little confused. It has just vanished. Does anyone know anything about this please, why it has gone or anything? Thanks, Ang.x

There could be many reasons for this.

The web hosting fees are not cheap and can run into hundreds of pounds a year + the cost of the domain as well.

Sometimes people that run these sites decide they can't do it anymore or it is too costly so they shut them down.

Other reasons maybe similar to what happened to us when we lost the website in the Buncefield fire. We lost the servers that hosted the website and we were down for several weeks then.

What website was it please? I will see what I can find out for you.

Ok from the holding page then it looks like they knew it was going to be shut down so maybe funding issues or staffing problems.

The net moves so fast so hard to keep up really.

Nope, sorry. Blank page comes up and the other says not found. So basically it does not exist. Thanks anyway.
