Panic attack through the night

I woke through the night with my head burning and sore, also neck pain. I've had a sinus problem for several weeks as some of you may know. I have been handling it well as I was sure it was just that after getting advice from lovely people on here.
However, I went into panic through the night and got scared. I tried my CBT tricks of various things, but then I got sicknes and a bad tummy do it spiralled.
Worried again about my head. Hate this HA!

Hello - I'm sorry you got scared. I know the feeling in the middle of the night. When that happens to me it usually passes. Do you fall back asleep generally? I have found that proper diet, rest, and exercise do help with my anxiety.
