Constipation

Can anybody give me any advice? I relay on chocolate for panic attacks and I've been getting awful constipation. Not sure if I can take more tablets on the meds im on?

I take movicol powders on prescription. Don't know if you can buy them from chemist.
There are some chocolate squares you can buy, but I forget the name.
The chemist should help you with this. if you take your current prescription for them to look at. Good luck

I would suggest to simply start using psyllium powder once or twice a day. We have Metamucil here in the states. That should help you out.
