Hello

I'm not sure where to start but I slept 3 hours yesterday and that was at 5pm then I didn't sleep till 7am the following morning till 10 then I decided go back to bed at 12 till 4pm

I feel tired and depressed and panicky I keep worrying over my sleep and creating anxiety

I just want a nice 8-9 hour sleep at night but I hardly feel sleepy I can feel tired but not sleepy

When I don't get much sleep I can't keep my anxiety in order and when I have not much sleep I feel worse and like I can't breath properly

I don't know how to fix my sleep pattern is there even a overnight solution?
