punched in the nose

hey guys need some advice,

havent been doing to wel the past few weeks as you no, was at the docs today and he switched me from diazapm to buspar 5mg's. anyone ever taken this.

also my head is in bits, it hurts from my upper gums up, my eyes and nose feel like i have been punched in teh face, i cant stand bright light and noise is hurting my ears.
my whole face is in pain. i mean real pain. pressure, and pain.

i feel like crying tonight, took the buspar and it hasnt worked

Sounds like sinuses to me and that is painful

Get a bowl of hot water and some oils and see if that helps.

yes i did trac, he just said it was bad anxiety

by the time i got hoem it had gotten 10 times worse

guys im really trying, seems like once i get over one thing , something else pops up in its place

your right nic its like an on going nightmare, 4 weeks ago my doc said i was doing great and i was evn out with the lads havin a laugh

then Bam outta no where this.

You will do this I am going to make sure of it even if you end up hating me in the process, you may end up with such a sore butt, but at least your anxiety will be better :D

Listen to your doctor, listen to us AND START TO BELIEVE............oohhh look at me being all assertive and I havent even been on my course yet lol

You have to find it within yourself that it is anxiety,

Tracey, Nic and mandy are right, I know it is difficult but you have to get back to where you were a few weeks ago, you were doing so well.
