Hi , so I've come down the coast for the week been through a lot lately and thought the break might be a good think been suffering with wheezing and throat issues which I thought sea air might help I'd been here a day and my lower back has gone just twisted a bit awkward and can't bend down now agony to walk etc , I had an mri in January and I've got ware in the bottom and middle discs had two months of agony then it calmed down until now , Been coughing a lot due to the wheezing I'd put that down to my asthma but docs put me on a nasal spray as the problem seems to be in my thoat , sorry about the moany rant just feel like I'm falling to bits worried about the constant Flemy wheeze and dry mouth and now my bloody back has rebeled against me , any advice easing the pain would be apreciated can't take much ibuprofen because of the asthma , thanks in advance , take care all .
