Hi I'm new here but I'm familiar with No More Panic
I'm 36; female; have two kids and I am from Scotland.
I've had anxiety problems since I was about 9 years old due to abuse I suffered as a child.
I have GAD ; Clinical depression ; PTSD and Borderline Personality Disorder.
I'm so glad I've found this forum and site.
It seems such a helpful and friendly place
I look forward to talking with everyone
