Hey so I've been on home from school since last Friday and I usually stay up late if I can sleep during the day. I just noticed a weird thing. I was going to bed at like 3 am but I still woke up pretty early.
Then I started having mild night sweats. I have to change my t-shirt but I don't think it's 'drenching'. Can the sleep cycle change cause night sweats?
