hi folks! anyone else put there encounter this kind of mental effect which is pretty unpleasant?
buildings seem too tall
strange thoughts and distorted perception that causes panic and me to freeze.....i.e world is spinning when it isnt, things turning upside down when they are not, feeling like im on some weird ride when im not....its hellish what my brain does and makes me think something else is going on in my brain and it makes me freak...been on sertraline almost 10 years now and there are times going to shops is a challenge and i have to abort because of the shit thats going on in my head....i wish it would stop as it causes a lot of stress :weep:
