Chills/achy lymph nodes

Please can anyone help me? I keep getting episodes of chills where I'm freezing cold and my lymph nodes feel achy. I'm scared its something bad causing it. Been happening for about 6 weeks on and off :-(

What do you mean, that your lymph nodes feel "achy"? Can you feel them? Is there a palpable lump or bump? Or....you just feel like you're run down, and it might be taxing your lymph system, making it work harder? Have you been out of your country? Travelling? Was there an illness, like a cold or flu that might have brought this on?

Feel kind of achy in the areas where lymph nodes are. I've got cfs but these symptoms feel different. Have had a lot of anxiety recently. Thank you for your help. x
