softish lump on side of my forearm

So...silly me...I have this lump. I first noticed it about a month ago, but didn't think anything of it. So today, having some free time, I look up, "soft lump on forearm" on the internet. What I expected to come up would be things like....ganglion cysts, what came up was stuff like....soft tissue sarcoma. Now my stomach is in knots, and I'm shaking.

Dr. Google will tell you a pimple is cancer for goodness sakes!

If you're that concerned see your doctor but all all likelihood it's just what you thought in the first place.
