Day 10 and feeling awful :-(

Day 10 of Citalopram but day two of 20mg up from 10mg and I'm feeling awful. No energy, aching sore muscles, anxious and panicky. Went to the Supermarket and nearly had to run out. Us this normal or is Citalopram not agreeing with me? Thanks

Yes this is all normal! I felt the same when I tried to go to any stores. It will pass...its just from the heightened anxiety from the Cit. I think it took about 2-3 weeks for me to finally be in a store and be fine.

Oh yes this is just how i felt.. horrible it was.. I def was loads worse before starting to improve. x
