Hello all, newbie here just checking in here for the first time and slightly nervous. Have seen the site about and thought id join in hope of a little support. I have a few illnesses Epilepsy, GAD and Panic being the main. Hope to see you all about.

I'm doing my best to get some answers to the way I've been feeling of late and have been put on Citalopram now too to help with calming me. Support here has been great thanks xx
