I've been bad I've been drink all weekend and I brunt to crisp off the sun half trough the night I down liter of coke and now my throat burning feel like I can't breath help

It's normal thing I do it's horrible eveyone eles is little bit rough and I'm having melt down panicky like mad I hate it :(
