Woke up this morning and had my coffee. I picked up my cat and started itching and noticed a bunch of red spots on the bottom of my arms, chest and belly and top of my shoulders. It's not on my breasts where my bra was. I'll try to add a pic. I'm itchy! Idk if it's heat rash or some weird sun burn. Idk if I should try to shower or not :/ it has been hot and humid past few days. I've never had heat rash that I know of so its weird I would get it when I'm 30. My hands and feel are sweaty and I have a headache:/ trying to not worry and stay calm but it's not working all that great
