Quick Question BP?

I was just wondering is a BP reading of 108/64/90bpm ok or is it bad??? :unsure:

Yesterday it was 111/72/75bpm.

It's fine but why are you taking your BP? Unless you have BP issues and have doctors orders, this is something you have no need to do as it will just feed your anxiety as demonstrated by your post.

The answer to your question is on Panic attacks page, i understand what you're saying just really over sensitised atm been housebound for 3 days...thanks for the reassurance though because I'm staying off Google
